Q What has happened to my v6 data?
A: We will retain v6 data on a ‘best endeavours’, ‘as is’ basis. We have kept v6 data on our SANs, but have switched off all replication and duplication services. You have not been charged for this.

Q: What if I require my v6 data?
A: If the data is available, we will make the account live in your portal again.

Q: Will there be a charge to reinstate my v6 data?
A: Yes. We will charge:
Storage at your regular rate since the service was suspended.
License charges since the service was suspended.
Ahsay OEM license (pricing TBC when we reinstate the account).

Q: How long will it take to reinstate a v6 account?
A: This depends on where your data is. The minimum period would be 48 hours from when you pay the above costs.

If we can’t reinstate your account or obtain the Ahsay v6 licenses, we will refund the cost to reinstate your v6 account(s)
