Hi, the same thing happened to me last week. They only allow 1 free account per user and sometimes new users get flagged wrong. Ping them an email if you need a license, worked for me.

Yep you’re right : Bobcloud support “reset” it (not sure what issue was) but its working again now. Good to know 1 free account per user limit,
