Our servers listen on port 443 (HTTP).
The issue faced is probably a firewall is blocking access to our service.
To check this on a Windows device, please run the following command without the quotes and substitute the % with the server number your account is installed on ‘telnet b%.dataclouduk.net’. The exact server URL will be shown in your customer page within the portal.
To test if any of our clusters are live, please try the above from a different device or LAN to the one affected.
