Error
When backing up on-premise Exchange mailboxes, you see this error on one mailbox: “Backup source Microsoft Exchange/Mailboxes/mailbox-name does not exist”.
Cause
The BOBcloud backup software cannot access the required mailbox because of insufficient permissions, or the mailbox is hidden from the GAL (global address list).
Resolution

Using your on-premise Active Directory Domain Controller, open Active Directory Users and Computers.

Locate the user mailbox that you are unable to back up.

Click on the Attribute Editor tab.

Edit the attribute msExchHideFromAddressLists, and set it to True.
