BackupFileCmd.uploadBackupFiles][] Error=[FileNotFoundException] \GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy

The error suggests the server drives can’t be accessed during backup.

There is no direct correlation between the log and a VSS error, but this is normally a VSS error.
The system log in Windows event viewer should show a VSS error at the time of backup.

The VSS snapshot is started as normal and suffered a catastrophic event before it finishes. Common causes we have seen, are faulty hardware, low disk space and the VSS settings cancelling the snapshot before it finishes.

Check the system log in Windows event viewer for any VSS errors around the time of the backup.
Also, check the application log for any similar VSS or hardware errors.
