Hi

This error is normally resolved by running a validation job (data integrity check) on your backed-up data.
We need to run this for you if you are using AhsayOBM version 6, however you can do this if you are using version 7.

The data integrity check on Ahsay version 7 runs a lot quicker than it did on version 6.
