We get a blue screen with tomcat errors when trying to log into obm. It is an image and I can’t paste text

This type of blue screen error in AhsayOBM 7 normally happens when a configuration error has occurred.
Examples we have seen are:

Version 7 AhsayOBM is connecting to a version 6 account. This isn’t allowed within the software.

Trying to log into the account with a different account to which AhsayOBM was installed. If you want to log into a different account, first close AhsayOBM and delete c:\users%username%.obm (or .acb for the desktop version).
