How do I make the quota bigger?

Hi

The quota can only be extended from your portal at https://portal.data-stor.net or your rebranded portal if you have one.

  1. Click on the customer name
  2. Click ‘manage backup account settings »’
  3. Click on the blue padlock to the right of the ‘Quota’ field (this will unlock the quota field)
  4. Modify the quota as desired

**Notes
Lite customers cannot change the quota and will need to upgrade their account
Pro customers will only be charged for data used at month end and won’t be charged for the size of the quota.
The quota option is to assist Resellers manage their customers’ usage.
