When backing up a OneDrive account from the cloud, we saw this error in Ahsay Desktop.
[New File] File="filename" Error="[d] [d.h] Failed to getInputStream of file: filename (HTTP code 403 CLIENT_ERROR: Forbidden), caused by [n] Forbidden"
This error is being passed through to our backup software from OneDrive, and isn’t being generated by our software.
We deselected the affected file from the backup source and ran the backup successfully.
After downloading the affected file, we analysed it and found it was corrupted and couldn’t be opened.
Afterward, the file was deleted from the OneDrive account.
