Error
We have only seen this error once.
Cause
We didn’t know what the cause was and tried to delete the temp folder on the affected device.
We couldn’t delete the temp folder because some files were locked open.
Fix
We did the following:
- Closed our software and killed the process from the bottom right of the screen (system tray).
- Stopped the Windows services Server Services and NFS Service (BOBcloud)
- Opened task manager and killed the process cbpsX64.exe. Sometimes there are more than one of these running.
- Logged out of Windows.
This resolved the issue.
