Cause
A large file was being moved from one drive to another on a customer’s server whilst the backup was running. The backup software skipped the file during backup because it would have been in an inconsistent state.
Fix
In this instance, we updated the server \ OBM software to v8.1.1.50 and ran the backup again.
This time it worked.
