How do I delete old backups to free up space?

Dear @Support-Tech1,

I’ve noticed that the allotted storage space quote (1 TB) is nearly filling up for one of my client. The client is not interested in increasing the storage space at the moment, so I think deleing the older backups that he no longer needs will free up some space. Is there any guide I can share with the client so that he can delete his old backups to free up space?

Please contact Support with the name of your backup account and the backup sets you want to delete. We can check and advise the best approach.
