Issues with Recent Backup Update

I recently faced an issue after the latest update to the BobCloud backup software. My scheduled backups fail with an error message: “Backup process encountered an unexpected error.”

I have referred Manuals and Guides - BOBcloud Forum rpa but didnt help . Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Any advice would be appreciated.
