Possible Errrors

Cause

The M365 account’s login details have been changed or the security token has expired.

Fix

Re-authorise Microsoft 365 Backup in the BOBcloud software.

Go to Backup Sets → select the Microsoft 365 backup set.
Click Change Settings → Authorise.
Sign in to Microsoft 365 and copy the authorisation code.
Paste the code back into BOBcloud and click OK, then Save.

This refreshes the OAuth token and removes stale device bindings.
