Why my backup is taking a long time to complete? I’m backing up to a network drive and have a fast internet connection. I’ve tried increasing the number of threads that Ashay Backup uses, but that didn’t seem to help.
Any suggestions on how to speed up my backups?

The backup software will run as fast as your system allows. If you have a lot of small files, the backup will take longer because of the overhead of encryption and compression, etc required.
Please send us the account ID by emailing support@bobcloud.net, and we check what is happening and come back to you with a few suggestions. If necessary, we will remote onto your system.
