When trying to open the backup software (OBM) you see the error Invalid byte 2 of 2-byte UTF-8 sequence
We believe this can be caused by a local license or config error.
- Close our software and kill the process in the bottom right of the screen.
- Delete c:\users\username\ .obm
- Open the software again.
This time you will be asked to login again and re-enter your encryption passwords.
