Hi

The only supported way to restore your backed-up data from our service is via the software on your server or desktop.
If you want to restore some data whilst your original device is being rebuilt after a failure, simply install our software onto another compatible device.

  1. Download the correct version of our software from the customer’s page in the Reseller portal.
  2. Install with the same username and password when the account was set up.

You will then be able to restore the data to an alternate location.
