Scheduled backups not running

Our server won’t run the backups as scheduled. Anyone seen this before?


The problem you are facing might be because the software is not able to run backups from different servers at the same time.
This is seen if you are using a roaming profile or redirected folders and the config file is being written over by each server.

The fix is to either install and configure each backup as a different user or to move the .obm file out of your profile. The latter is done by editing the ‘home.txt’ file.
The .obm file resides in C:\Users\user\ .obm\log and the config file which specifies its location resides in C:\Program Files\Server Backup\home.txt

If running a desktop backup, the file will be named .acb and resides in ‘C:\Program Files\Server Backup\home.txt’
