Cause
This error is only seen in version 6 of Ahsay OBM \ ACB.
We haven’t seen this specific error in version 7, and that is probably because version 7 runs more housekeeping at the end of a backup job than version 6 did.
Fix
We can resolve this by re-indexing your files our side. This will mean your backup will be suspended whilst the re-index runs.
