Can someone from the support team please clarify what level of technical support is available for troubleshooting backup issues? Specifically, I’m wondering if there’s a dedicated support team available to assist with any problems that I might encounter during the backup process.

I understand that technical issues can sometimes arise, and I want to be sure that I have access to the resources and expertise necessary to resolve any problems that might occur. Can someone provide more information about the technical support options available to BobCloud backup users?
