This is a Windows error that is being forwarded to the backup software rather than being generated by the backup software.
The message suggests that the domain name / host name, or login credentials entered in the Windows User Authentication setting is incorrect.
To resolve the issue, confirm you are using the correct Windows domain name / host name, username and password.
Also, try navigating to the same resource within Windows explorer to see if you can connect.
