Error Seen in version Ahsay v7 and v8 OBM

Fix

  1. Within the software installed on your device, go into Utilities \ Data Integrity Check

2. Select the affected backup(s)
Tick Run Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) during data integrity check
Don’t tick Rebuild index unless Support asks you to (this will increase the repair time by days).

Answer any errors and suggestions to delete any files.
If necessary, re-run until all backup statistics show as Correct.

3. Re-run the backup.
