If this is a new installation (not an upgrade), reset your FileSync password using this link - https://p4.filesync.co.uk/accounts/password/reset/
The email address will be the one you entered when you ordered the service.
Download and install the client software from https://www.seafile.com/en/download/
Connect to the backup server cluster
Enter the server name manually as https://p4.filesync.co.uk
That is the basic installation and setup created.
