We recently set up our reseller account and want to ensure our customer data’s safety while minimizing cost. So, we are curious about how long backups are stored in Bobcloud servers. And is there a cost-effective option for long-term storage?

The default retention settings for each backup set are five years. These can be changed from one day to infinity. The longer the retention period, the more data is stored, and the costs will increase.
